Delete your REMS account

You can delete your REMS account and all the data linked to it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open REMS and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app, write to team@remsbeauty.ca from the email address of your REMS account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your account, email address and password;
• your profile and date of birth;
• your skin profile, routines, check-ins, reactions and diary;
• your progress photos, profile photo and product photos;
• your shelf, cart, connections, impressions and comments;
• your consent records, retailer clicks and error reports.

Backups made by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep information we are required by law to keep, for as long as the law requires.

Want a copy of your data first? Use Settings → Your data → Export all my data before deleting.
